Collaborative Practice in New Zealand
Collaborative Practice began in New Zealand in 2012. There are 2 IACP members and 1 Practice Group throughout the country. Collaborative Practitioners in New Zealand have many years of collective experience in dealing with divorce, separation and other family law related matters, as well as estate and elder law, contract, employment, medical error and other law matters. All IACP members share the deeply held belief that Collaborative Practice offers the opportunity for resolving legal disputes in a dignified and respectful manner.
