Anne R. Lucas
Anne Lucas has a diverse practice that includes her work as a Collaborative Coach and mediator in dispute resolution. She has an active therapy practice specializing in couples and is the clinical director of The Evergreen clinic - a multidisciplinary mental health practice. Her training and teaching is just as diverse. She is a founding member and trainer in the Seattle Collaborative Law Practice Group, adjunct faculty at Saybrook University/LIOS college teach law and ethics in the MHP program and an Approved Supervisor for licensure candidates in the State of Washington.
Anne’s background is just as varied. Prior to earning her MA from Bastyr University and starting a private practice, her first career spanned 18 years in the building industry in Southern California moving from accounting clerk to Controller/CFO where she gained expertise in business and accounting, team building, group and organizational dynamics and structures. For four years she was a family therapist at Fairfax Psychiatric Hospital in Kirkland, Washington, providing support and guidance to families in severe crisis.
Anne is an active member of the Collaborative Law community working as a Divorce Coach and currently serving as President of the King County Collaborative Law practice group. She is an affiliate member of Alhadeff and Forbes Mediation in Seattle and is working on her mediation certification.
