Cheryl Watson Smith practices in the area of family law, including divorce, complex property distributions, support and custody matters. Her primary focus is on serving clients through the Collaborative Divorce Process. She is passionate about bringing Collaborative Practice into the mainstream as the process option for restructuring families that are going through divorce and custody. Ms. Smith is committed to training attorneys, mental health professionals and financial specialist as Collaborative practitioners. Additionally, Ms. Smith is a mediator, certified by the Supreme Court of Virginia.
