Mary McNeish Stengel
I am a licensed clinical social worker and have worked with families and children for over 25 years. My areas of expertise include treating trauma, mood disorders, attachment and parenting issues. For the past four years, I have worked as a Collaborative interdisciplinary team member in the roles of coach (dual and single model) and child specialist.
The decision to engage in the collaborative divorce process is a courageous one that requires doing the difficult emotional work up front so that children and adults can benefit in the long run. I am passionate about tapping into my collective experience in these areas to be a resource to collaborative teams and to the couples who have chosen this dignified and respectful path.

In 2007 Alice Dansker Doyle, Esq. and I established Collaborative Training Solutions, LLC for the purpose of providing basic and second tier, advanced Collaborative Practice training programs throughout the country. We put together trainings in response to requests, including working on behalf of clients to identify and arrange venues and food, access and negotiate rates for trainers, market the training, apply for CLE's and anything else groups might need to have a quality Collaborative training experience. Both Ali and I also train Collaborative practitioners at the basic and advanced level.
