LINDA SOLOMON is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice for 20 years in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. Her work with individuals, couples and families has focused on relationship issues and addictive behaviors. She is actively involved in the collaborative team approach, working as a neutral communications coach. She is also trained as a Parenting Coordinator. Linda presents training on the role of a neutral coach throughout Texas, nationally and in Canada.. She is also a member of the Texas Interdisciplinary Training Team and serves as a mentor to other mental health professionals. She serves on the Collaborative Law Institute of Texas Board of Trustees, the Texas Mental Health Protocols Committee, and is a newly elected Board member of IACP. She is a member of Collaborative Law Institute of Texas and IACP.

I have had a full-time psychotherapy practice for 23 years. In the past four years, I have shifted the majority of my professional time (and energy) to working as a neutral coach in collaborative matters and traveling to various places to train others in this interesting role. In addition, I am trained as a Parenting Coordinator and as a Mediator.

I have working with Lone Star Training Team presenting our two-day interdisciplinary training on Neutral Coach Model in various locations. I also present training on my own which gives an overview of Neutral Coach Model. In addition, I offer skills-based training for coaches in a 1, 2 or 3-day format. Lastly, I have facilitated a day of discussion amongst professionals to help them 'jump start' team work that involves how to come together and work together effectively as team members.
