George B. Richardson
George is a pioneer in Collaborative Practice. He is a founder and former President of Collaborative Practice Silicon Valley [formerly “The Collaborative Law Association of Silicon Valley”], one of the oldest collaborative law organizations in North America and has handled scores of collaborative cases since his first case in 1995. Since 1999, he has been an IACP member and is co-chair of the Standards Committee [charged with drafting standards for practitioners, trainers, and trainings in Collaborative Practice] and founder and former co-chair of the Advisory Council on Collaborative Training. Since 1999, he, together with others, has been training collaborative practitioners with introductory, fundamental, and advanced courses in Collaborative Practice.
He is currently a founding board member of CP-Cal, the California state Collaborative Practice organization.
