| General Comments |
I am a Divorce Attorney; however, I present incoming clients with the alternatives of Mediation and Collaborative Practice, in order to assist them in finding more gentle and civil avenues in proceeding with the divorce process. Litigation is provided when the other vehicles are inappropriate or not desired.
I concentrate in the areas of Custody, Parenting Planning, Paternity, Post Divorce issues, as well as Domestic Violence cases.
The use of Collaborative Law Practice versus litigation in assisting people through the divorce process is more cvil and kind to all of those involved - including the attorneys and other professionals - while simultaneously empowering the parties involved in the dissolution of their marriage.
Utilizing other licensed and qualified professionals in Collaborative Practice is a way to provide a holistic approach for the entire family! |
