| General Comments |
| I first became interested in the field of divorce in 1985, as a post-doctoral research assistant working with Joan B. Kelly, Ph.D. Since that time, I have gained extensive experience developing parenting plans and helping separated and divorced parents learn to co-parent their children. I am pleased to now be involved in an interdisciplinary alternative dispute resolution process that emphasizes collaborative team work to resolve conflict and preserve family functioning for the benefit of the children. |
