| General Comments |
| The collaborative process allows clients to design their own solutions supported by professionals who have enhanced dispute resolution skills. I believe this is the future of dispute resolution in family law. Family law is so much more than just the law. People need help in a variety of ways to enable them to move forward after a relationship breakdown. The collaborative process is a constructive way of achieving that goal. |
