Amy N. Paul practices family law at Pierson, Coats, Palash & Paul. She currently represents individuals who live in Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco, and San Mateo counties. Her practice includes issues relating to dissolution, domestic partnerships, cohabitation, custody and visitation, spousal and child support, and real and personal property division. Before joining Pierson, et.al., she entered private practice in 1999 by joining Leland, Parachini et. al, after serving as a Legal Research Attorney in the San Francisco Superior Court from 1997-1999, in the Writs and Receivers and Law and Motion departments and in the Unified Family Court. Amy has completed an intensive mediation program and currently serves as a Settlement Conference Master in San Francisco County. Having the experience of working for the court, she is particularly interested in assisting individuals and families who are committed to resolving their legal issues collaboratively.
