| I am involved in collaborative family law as a financial professional and I find this model much more productive in terms in resolving the financial portion of the matrimonial matter. I am able to start directly on financial matters and avoid the extremely inefficient process of obtaining disclosure information in litigation cases. There is also room for creative and tax effective solutions to ongoing financial issues. |
