Throughout the years I've attended continuing legal education classes on a regular basis. The classes have touched on all aspects of family law including human relationships, parenting plans, asset and debt division, tax issues common to family law matters, division of retirement assets, mediation, collaborative law, trial practice, etc.
I also attend monthly collaborative law pod meetings where practitioners share ideas, provide educational speakers and strive to improve the practice of collaborative law in family matters. |
