(Lawyer/Mediator)
Providing compassion and dignity in guiding divorcing couples towards the mutual creation of workable divorce settlements is the focal point of Baldwin Collaborative Law.
Our practice focuses exclusively on collaborative law, mediation, and limited practice family law services. We help you reach agreement in your divorce and separation in a supportive, respectful and cost-effective manner, allowing you and your spouse to make the decisions about your future and your children's future - without going to court. We understand and respect your unique needs - we even make house calls.
The Seattle community is home to a dedicated group of collaboratively-trained lawyers, mental health professionals, mediators and financial specialists offering skilled and compassionate services to divorcing couples.
