Leigh Noffsinger opened her family law practice on Bainbridge Island in 2010. Having benefitted from the experience of a 'good divorce' herself, Leigh aspires to help collaborative law become the new standard for divorcing couples in Kitsap County. Leigh has received a Volunteer of the Year Award from the King County Bar Association's Family Law Mentor Program. She has completed intensive training in family law, mediation, and collaborative process, and is committed to bringing high-quality interdisciplinary support to divorcing couples. | General Comments |
| Before law school, Leigh earned a journalism degree from Northwestern University and worked as a reporter and producer for an NPR affiliate in Ketchikan, Alaska. Leigh recently served as president of the Board of Directors of Madrona School, a Waldorf School on Bainbridge Island. In her free time, she practices hot yoga as often as possible, tends her vegetable garden and new chicken flock, and loves to beach comb and travel with her 10-year-old son. She counts herself fortunate to have a good relationship with her ex-husband that includes occasional family dinners and backyard barbecues with their son and labradoodle. |
