Having served as a family law practitioner since 1994, I am dedicated to serving my clients as an honest, compassionate and practical lawyer. Collaborative Law is a perfect fit with my professional core philosophy. I am excited that Collaborative Law is taking hold in the Central Florida area and I am proud to be part of a group of professionals dedicated to growing their Collaborative Law practice. Seeing our clients and their children reap the benefits of such a vastly different and more respectful method of dispute resolution is enormously satisfying for the both the clients and the professionals involved.

| General Comments |
Although I have been a litigation-style family law attorney since 1994, the Collaborative Family Law Community in which I practice has become increasingly dynamic since 2006. In fact, our Central Florida Collaborative practice group has quickly become one of the model groups nationwide.
My continuing Collaborative training and experiece level along with those of my Collaborative colleagues has resulted in a greater number of moderate to complex family law cases transitioning into the Collaborative Law model. For those matters where the parties choose Collaborative, I am committed to working within the model and protocols to help my clients find creative solutions to their difficult and often complicated problems. All the while, we professionals work as a Collaborative Team to maintain a high level of civility and dignity for both the parties and the family as a whole.
I absolutely love my Collaborative Practice and have really enjoyed the continued advanced training that I am able to take advantage of through my local group and through the IACP! |
