Nicole M Ruiz, LCSW (Mental Health Professional)

I believe divorce is an emotional process with a legal element. Separating from an intimate relationship commonly creates extreme stress, anxiety and fear. As a Clinical Social Worker, I have seen what divorce can do to families. Achieving a better divorce not only helps the family now, but also the future dynamics of the 'new' family. Uncoupling in a successful process, learning communication skills, problem solving strategies, and discussing co-parenting concerns, helps with a smooth transition into a new stage of your life.
