If you are looking to lessen the emotional and financial strain that often accompanies transitions in your marriage and family – such as divorce, separation or child custody disputes – consider collaborative law or mediation. These alternatives to traditional litigation are non-adversarial, cost-effective, client-controlled and seek to preserve the dignity and emotional well-being of all. My legal experience and training in relationships, problem-solving and negotiation help me represent and guide clients to arrive at the most agreeable resolutions for all, while respecting and honoring relationships. I offer a free consultation to discuss your options.

| General Comments |
| After years of litigating business and family disputes, I recognized the devastating psychological and financial impact litigation can have on individuals, couples, children and other loved ones. Last year, I decided to leave the courtroom behind and pursue mental health training to enhance my ability to counsel and guide family law clients to resolution. I specialize in non-adversarial alternatives to traditional family law litigation. For such important transitions as divorce or child custody, I believe collaboration is often the best way for clients to resolve conflicts and preserve relationships, while maintaining control of the process. |
