Ann C LoDolce,
(Lawyer)
|
I have been a Family Law Attorney since 1974 with a primary emphasis in divorce and divorce-related matters such as modifications, custody, paternity disputes and contempts. I generally practice in three counties: Plymouth, Norfolk and Bristol which encompasses Probate and Family Courts in Plymouth, Brockton, Canton, New Bedford and Fall River. Although I have had significant experience as a trial attorney, I became collaboratively trained because I have come to believe that the Collaborative Law process is a far more effective way to resolve family disputes. If goals include salvaging communication, maintaining dignity, separating with civility and exiting a relationship with control over finances, this process is an excellent method to use. Lastly, I recently published a book entitled, 'Divorce with Dignity' as I am committed to alternative dispute resolution as the preferred exit strategy.
