| General Comments |
| After 25 years of practice, I am convinced that for most people a collaborative law divorce process is the best way to proceed. It is almost always financially and emotionally the least expensive way to divorce and it usually is one of the fastest ways. Going to court is rarely what a party expects or wants it to be. Collaborative law works - even for couples who may not be on speaking terms and/or able to agree on terms before starting the process. |
