| General Comments |
| My interest in finding a better way to help people get through the divorce process comes from more than 20 years of litigation practice. During this time it became clear to me that the adversarial competition that is set up by the court system has few, if any, benefits for the clients. I felt frustrated by the fact that, while I could get people through the court system, there were no tools that allowed me to meet their overall needs. I believe the Collaborative Law process fills this void, so I have dedicated my practice to Collaborative Law and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. |
