  • General Comments
Collaborative Practice has proven to be an effective alternative to the advesarial court model to resolve family disputes. My experience has been that the collaborative process produces much more satisfying and personally tailored results for my clients than any court or mediation process because of the greater voice the team approach gives to every client regardless of their personal concerns. This is usually done at equal or less cost than alternative methods.
