| General Comments |
| Attorneys who practice family law know that the court-based, adversarial process is not the ideal way to resolve family disputes--divorces, child custody disputes and other family conflicts. There is a better way. Collaborative law offers parties a way to manage their own conflict respectfully and to control both the process and the results. I am working to make this process better known and accepted in the legal community and by individuals experiencing conflict. |
