I have practiced family law in the Toronto area for over 27 years. Since 2000, I have confined my services to helping clients reach out-of-court settlements by way of Collaborative Practice and Mediation. I provide trainings in Collaborative Practice and negotiation skills internationally. I am an adjunct professor of Collaborative Law at Osgoode Hall Law School. I am coauthor of Collaborative Family law, Another Way To Resolve Family Disputes. I am a member of the Board of Directors of the I.A.C.P.

    I am a passionate advocate of the collaborative process and devoted to its growth. I am privileged to participate in the development of this holistic and respectful process for assisting families transitioning through separation. I am Adjunct Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School where I teach Collaborative Family Law. I co-authored Collaborative Family Law, Another Way to Resolve Family Disputes, published by Carswell's in 2003. I speak and write often about Collaborative Practice. I present workshops throughout North America and internationally in the collaborative process, interest-based negotiation and advanced negotiation, communication skills, moving beyond impasse, and managing strong emotion/challenging clients.
