Collaborative Law is a long overdue, innovative method of resolving family conflicts. In my experience, there is no better method to accomplish resolution with minimal damage to the parties, emotionally and financially. I am an advocate of Collaborative Law and have been offering it as an alternative to litigation in my practice since 2003.
My law practice focuses primarily on Family Law, with at least 90% of my cases falling in the areas of divorce or child custody. Collaborative Law is a wonderful way to resolve these emotional issues with dignity. |
