    General Comments
Collaborative Law is very new to South Australia. I attended training with Pauline Tessler in 2007 in Sydney along with my business partner Charlie Belperio, as we had recognised how valuable Collaborative law is to those wanting to resolve conflict in a more respectful and less destructive way, than traditional adversarial process. We had both become frustrated with the Court process and the damage it did both financially and personally to those involved in that process. We have both been actively promoting Collaborative Law in South Australia, and persuaded our Law society to establish a committee which we are members of.
I am one of the first 2 lawyers in South Australia to be conducting collaborative cases, and look forward to this movement becoming more widely established among our local practitioners.
