Randall E Levine, LLB
(Lawyer)
I have experience and training in most forms of conflict resolution including collaborative practice, litigation, mediation, conciliation, arbitration, and sustained dialogue.
I commenced an interdisciplinary practice of family law with a psychologist in 1994 in which we provided individual services and community presentations on the power and control dynamics through a relationship, including the separation and legal battles. We formed a company, BetterBreakups Inc. to carry on this practice.
My work consists of international and interpersonal conflict resolution systems design and process implementation. I am headquartered in the Collaborative Centre in Vancouver, British Columbia with offices as well in Beijing, China, where my work is in the corporate/commercial field.
My extensive litigation experience, combined with my experience in various forms of design and implementation of conflict resolution systems, provides me with the insight to keep my clients out of trouble, or if they get into a dispute, allow them safe and efficient means to move beyond the dispute while retaining any necessary relationship for future conduct.
