| General Comments |
| Families do not belong in court rooms. Divorce is pathologized when in fact it has become a part of the natural evolution of nearly half of all marital relationships. Collaborative law provides a process by which lawyers and other members of the interdisciplinary team can assist in finding solutions for families without leaving them psychologically and financially bankrupt. |
