Fraser Himes has believed in, and advocated for, the Collaborative Law process from his first hearing about it. Fraser recognizes that the key ingredient for the process to be successful is the ability to co-partner the process effectively with other counsel, and he strives to establish and maintain the focus of the paradigm shift away from traditional advocacy that challenges so many lawyers aspiring to be appropriate collaborative participants. He also is effective in educating and empowering the clients who choose the CL path.
