| General Comments |
| After reading The Collaborative Way to Divorce, I decided that Collaborative Divorce was the best method to reach a divorce resolution, with each person maintaining respect and integrity. Instead of spouses paying lawyers to 'fight for every last penny', in a Collaborative divorce the attorneys structure a framework and environment to help each person express their views and goals in order to reach a better outcome. |
