  • General Comments
Although I maintain a general family law practice which includes litigation advocacy, I believe that the collaborative law process offers the best method for resolution of divorce issues for clients. I was on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council from 2004 to 2007, and on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation from 2001 to 2007. I have published articles on Mediation and Collaborative Law in the Journals of both of these associations.
