After hundreds of trials, hearings and jury trials and thousands of hours at the negotiating table I have decided that everything I know and everything I do could be done better from the middle of the table instead of being on one side or the other so I've set up my own mediation and collaborative law firm where all I'll do is serve as a mediator, collaborative lawyer or settlement consultant. I'll try to help people resolve their disputes however I can - except - I will no longer go to trial. I have created an amazing space to hold mediations and work with collaborative cases - there is nothing quite like it in Texas.
