I am a Family Lawyer and co-founder of the Melbourne Collaborative Alliance. At MCA we work in interdisciplinary teams, and provide our clients with a fixed price for their case. We intake whole families and work with separating couples and their families, including same sex families, to create parenting plans and property agreements. We also prepare prenuptial agreements in a collaborative setting, working with the emotional and financial planning aspects of these agreements.
