| General Comments |
| As an experienced family law and divorce litigator, there is no question that collaborative law is the most preferred way to help clients through their family law or divorce cases. I have been a proponent of collaborative law since before my official training and an active advocate for resolving parties' legal problems through alternative means from the inception of my career. I am also a practicing parenting facilitator and mediator, and I am convinced there is no better means to resolve a family law matter without focusing first on the kids and their interests - litigation wholly fails to accomplish this task because it is inherently competitive. |
