Collaborative Family Law provides a couple going through divorce with the tools and assistance needed to avoid litigation and at the same time find a resolution that best meets each person's needs and the needs of their family. It is my belief that Collaborative Family Law is a less destructive divorce alternative and that the collaborative approach is especially beneficial to families with children. I am committed to helping my clients make well-informed decisions, to ensuring that they understand the immediate and future impact of those decisions, and to providing a process in which dignity and respect are valued.

Understanding and explaining the collaborative process assists my client in making an informed choice in determining whether the collaborative method is right for that client.
My practice includes collaborative family law and litigation. I am committed to helping my clients make well-informed decisions, to ensuring that they understand the immediate and future impact of those decisions, and to providing a process in which dignity and respect are valued. |
