    I have represented many clients in the collaborative dissolution process and feel great satisfaction when the parties are able to end the process having a better ability to communicate with each other. It is wonderful to see the transformation when those who have children realize that treating each other with respect benefits everyone. The coaches are a such a valuable asset to this process, as they offer insight to the motivations and fears that may block agreements. They help us address difficult issues.
