| General Comments |
I am a collaboratively trained lawyer practicing in Washington and Oregon.
Collaborative law allows family members in the midst of conflict to negotiate a settlement without going to court. Collaborative Law changes the culture of conflict resolution by allowing individuals to take control of their future as opposed to leaving decision--making about their lives to a judge.
I am committed to peaceful conflict resolution for families in transition, as I have seen first-hand through my litigation practice the results of chronic conflict on children and adults alike.
