| General Comments |
| Having practiced as a trial lawyer for many years before going back to graduate school to receive my Ph.D. in psychology, I have intimate knowledge of the limitations in our adversarial system of resolving disputes. I believe strongly that we can create a new and better paradigm by uniting the complementary skill sets of lawyers and mental health professionals. I believe we can creatively accomplish this in a variety of modalities, including collaborative practice, conjoint mediation, interdisciplinary settlement conferences, and others. |
