I have actively incorporated Collaborative Law into my legal practice in order to offer clients a wider range of settlement options. Whilst the practice has a litigation side, I am working exclusively in the area of Alternative Dispute Resolution and primarily in Collaborative Law.
I work with my clients to create opportunities for settlement, regardless of which method of dispute resolution they are engaged in.
I am the Co Leader of one of the Collaborative Law Practice Groups for Victoria and am a member of the Collaborative Law Section Executive of the Law Institute of Victoria. I attended the first training offered in Victoria and have assisted in coaching at initial training sessions offered by the Law Institute of Victoria. I have given lectures to the profession both in Australia and overseas. As a committed Collaborative professional, I spend much time assisting others in the Practice Group enhance their skills.
