| Presenters: | Katherine Eisold Miller, Esq. has trained for the HVCDDRA in the past – and is an excellent teacher of mediation and negotiation skills. She is active in the New York Association of Collaborative Professionals, ACR and IACP. She has been focusing her practice and training on Collaborative Practice and mediation, because she “believes these processes provide lasting solutions.” Her training will focusing on insuring that collaborative conflicts remain interest based through resolution, regardless of how challenging the case might be. She is a Vassar and Fordham Law graduate, and has devoted much of her professional life to non-traditional family law resolution strategies.
