| Description: | CHALLENGES IN THE COLLABORATIVE PROCESS
This workshop and panel discussion will help you identify psychiatric illness; determine whether your case is appropriate for Collaboration, and what to do if you find yourself in a case with these challenges. Topics to be discussed are substance abuse, domestic violence, child abuse, and personality disorders.

VaCP financial professionals will have a panel discussion on the roadblocks and pitfalls to finding financial solutions in Collaborative cases. Bring your questions and concerns.

Presentation of the revisions to the DC Metro Collaborative Protocols including Virginia Ethics, the evolving guidelines on handling a Collaborative divorce, as well as the pitfalls and problems that have arisen.
