| Description: | This introductory, intensive two day training will provide a solid foundation on the basics of the collaborative divorce process. By using real and hypothetical scenarios, as well as role play demonstrations, you will explore the role of each member of the collaborative team—the attorney, the financial expert and the mental health professional. The program will compare the collaborative process to traditional approaches to divorce to provide you with a unique perspective on how the collaborative process often results in more amicable, long-lasting solutions to the benefit of the entire family.
