Update Your Member Profile

Promote the use of Collaborative Practice and enhance your visibility with your Member Profile on the IACP website!

When you join IACP, a Member Profile is automatically created for you, which includes basic information about you (your name, address, profession, email, etc). Visitors to the website can find you by searching for your name or for your practice group, or by searching in a geographic location. Your member profile is a powerful way to inform them of your values, background and training.

There are five sections to your profile. Fill in the profile information in the fields provided. Use your "tab" button to move from field to field to enter or change information. Important: Be sure to click "submit" at the bottom of each page; otherwise, your information or changes will not be saved.

Personal > This section includes your name, contact information, and address. Here's where you can upload your photo (files must be .jpeg, .jpg or .gif files). If you have offices in more than one location, you can add a second office location at the bottom of the page (be sure to click "submit"!). There is an open field where you can provide an introduction to your profile, perhaps mentioning a unique achievement, or a personal or professional characteristic that would provide additional insight to the visitor.

Training > Here's where you can inform visitors of your Collaborative training experience. You can also indicate if you yourself were the instructor.

Education > In this section you can provide information regarding your education, including such details as which institution you attended; the year you graduated; any honors you received.

Professional > This is perhaps the most important section of the profile, where you can place yourself in the practice group(s) to which you belong; indicate your various areas of practice; list your professional licenses; affirm your adherence to the IACP ethics and standards; and provide other professional details.

Account > Here's where you can change your password. The status of your IACP membership is also indicated here.

Voila! Once you've filled in your Member Profile, you can go in and update it at any time!
